Network Marketing I feel was a very important part of my life. I got to meet thousands of people from all walks of life but mostly I got to know myself through a development system.

I was 21 when I got involved and I was exposed to many different experiences. I got to see how jealous people can really get, I saw who my true friends were, I learned how manipulative people are, and I matured in a big way.

When I left Network Marketing at 26 I was a different person I had develped skills that I did not know existed, it's amazing what reading the right books can do for you.
Although my experience wasn't all positive I do not regret being involved because I now feel that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to. My advice to anyone thinking of getting involved is - read alot of material on the subject and company because most of what you read is true. Next expect to work very hard at first, later on they will tell you that you can sit on a beach and collect money. If you don't see atleast 30% of the entire salesforce(and you are going tobe a sales rep) where you want to be then move on to the next company.

I personally learned things about Money, Time management, motivation, people skills, attitude, and of course I learned alot about myself. I will say this to you - "Knowledge is Power", if you're not reading you're not living!!  Try it and you'll see.

I read self help books 15-30mins everynight before I go to bed - this helps you understand yourself as well as other people. The planet is full of people and if you don't understand them then what's the point right!?

Anyhow I think that Network marketing can be a good thing if you get in with the rightcompany  and remember one thing if you're not selling products to clients directly then the money is coming from somewhere else ( Tapes, books, seminars). Don't fall for the "get people to use their own products and you don't need to sell" that's a sales pitch and nothing more.

My experience was not negative or positve it was just something I experienced but I will tell you one thing - get ready to work your butt off. I had gas bills of over $600.00 per month and a cell phone bill of $300.00per month.

The sad thing is that most people think Network Marketing is selling products through people - True - but it also entails a great deal of personal development as well as helping other people get started you in essence become a teacher, sales rep, and business owner all in one

I used to drive From montreal to Quebec city and back in one night and this was twice a week as well as once a week to Toronto not to mention 3-4 times a week to Sherbrooke city to help people get started. If you can handle that and then meet with your upline everynight at 1:00am and keep a day job, more power to you, I did it once in my life and it was enough for me. But if I was to go back I wouldn't change a thing because every part of life helps you grow.

Good Luck,
